The App may process technical information and machine telemetry as part of the information relating to the deployed fleet. This data is used to improve and maintain the company’s quality standards, as well as for technical control, maintenance, service improvement, and monitoring of the proper functioning of the equipment.

3. Purposes of Processing

• To enable the functioning of the App.
• To allow remote use of compatible machines.
• To configure and link the App with the machine and with the user’s Wi-Fi network.
• To manage warranty services, technical support, and after-sales assistance.
• To record the initial location of the machine for the global organization of spare parts stock and for technical and warranty management.
• To process technical and telemetry information from the deployed fleet in order to maintain and improve the company’s quality standards.
• To handle queries, technical incidents, and service-related requests.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Use of Data

The data and information processed through V AIR Connect are used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not use the data for purposes other than those stated herein.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• The performance of the service requested by the user through the use of the App.

Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation requires its retention.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data and information processed through the App against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure.

However, no method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Disabling certain permissions may affect the operation of some App features.
